Executive MBA programme format
We’ve designed the programme to be both employer and employee friendly, with a blend of in-person and online learning. This gives you time to engage and network with your tutors and classmates, helping balance your work-life commitments.
Study flexibly with blended learning
Approximately 70-75% in-person and 25%-30% online.
How it works
Duration: two years.
Programme format:
Normally one Friday and one Saturday a month in-person at our Bath campus. Exceptions include:
- September 2025: a four day in-person induction and teaching block
- June 2026: a three day in-person teaching block
- September 2026: a three day in-person teaching block
Approximately 25-30% of the content will be delivered online, plus some independent study.

We’re looking for motivated people with:
- minimum five years’ work experience at management level
- 2:1 or above undergraduate degree
- the confidence to offer and question ideas
- the ability to develop clear and reasoned arguments
