Early application reduction
Apply before 1 March to get a £2,000 reduction on your tuition fees
An early application reduction of £2,000 is available to applicants in receipt of an offer to the full-time Bath MBA. To qualify for this reduction:
- apply for the full-time MBA before midnight GMT on 1 March 2025
- pay your deposit within seven days of receipt of your offer
All scholarship holders must pay their deposit within seven days of receipt of their offer to receive a £2,000 reduction from their tuition fee AND secure their scholarship.
We reserve the right to withdraw the early application offer before the deadline.

Application process
The steps to apply for our Bath MBA programmes and how to accept your offer.
1 - Apply online
Complete our online application form. Applying will take you approximately 30 minutes.
You will need:
- to create an account online
- to nominate two professional referees. Your referees must:
- be from your most recent employer
- be from a person in a position of seniority
- be submitted as a PDF and, where possible, be written on headed paper with a signature and official stamp
- digital copies of your degree certificate and official transcripts
- an up-to-date CV (maximum two pages)
- your £100 application fee (full-time MBA only, payable at the point of application). Check your eligibility prior to application.
- your supporting statement
- your GMAT score (if applicable). Although you do not need GMAT to study our MBA, we welcome applicants with a GMAT score. You can submit it with your application and we will consider your score along with your other qualifications and experience.
If your official graduation documents are in a language other than English you must provide:
- official copies of the original documents
- official English translations of the original documents

After you’ve submitted your application, you will be able to use our Application Tracker. We’ll email you a username and password within 24 hours.
You can use the Application Tracker to upload important documents, update your personal details and track your application.
Paying your application fee (full-time MBA only)
You will need to pay your £100 application fee before your interview. This applies to the full-time MBA only.

Your application will be reviewed by our selection committee.
If you are successfully shortlisted, we’ll invite you for a video interview or offer an interview in person on campus, if suitable. MBA interviews take 30 to 40 minutes.
4 - Accept your offer
After your interview, we’ll make a decision about your application. We aim to respond within seven working days.
If successful, you will receive an offer for a place on the Bath MBA.
You can use the Application Tracker to:
- access your offer letter
- accept or decline your offer
5 - Pay deposit
Once we offer you a place, you will need to pay a £3,750 deposit to secure it. Your place on the programme will not be secure until you have paid your deposit.
This will be deducted from your overall fees.
You will need:
- £3,750 deposit
- to pay this using Application Tracker
6 - Next steps
Once you have met all conditions set out in your offer letter, you will:
- receive an unconditional offer
- get further information about preparing to study the Bath MBA
Registering as a student
You will be able to register as a student in September. Find out more about registering with the University.

Graduation documents
You must provide official digital copies of your degree certificate(s) and transcripts.
If the awarding university issues official documents in English, they will be acceptable for Confirmation of Studies (CAS)/visa purposes. Find out more about your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies.
If your official graduation documents are in a language other than English you must provide:
- official copies of the original documents
- official English translations of the original documents
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements
To meet UKVI requirements, each qualification listed on your application must meet the following criteria:
- original certificate(s) must clearly show:
- your name
- title of the award
- date of the award
- name of the awarding institution
- transcripts of results must clearly show:
- your name
- name of the academic institution
- course title
- confirmation of the award
