There are many scholarships and bursaries available to full-time and Executive part-time MBA students. These can cover all or part of your fees and are available to students from the UK and abroad.

University of Bath MBA scholarships

We have funding available to support talented MBA candidates from around the world.


We offer scholarships that could help you to invest in your future and reap the rewards. These can cover all or part of your fees and are available to students from the UK and abroad.

If we award you a scholarship, you’ll be expected to act as a Bath MBA ambassador to help us attract future MBA candidates. This is a fantastic way of using your experiences to support new MBA graduates in their decision to choose Bath.

To be eligible for a scholarship you must have received an offer to study on the full-time MBA or Executive MBA programme.

Application deadlines

  • Apply for scholarship by one of these four deadlines:
    • apply by 31 December 2022 for a decision by 31 January 2023
    • apply by 27 March 2023 for a decision by 5 April 2023
    • apply by 30 June 2023 for a decision by 7 July 2023
    • apply after 30 June 2023 for a decision in September 2023

Applying for a scholarship

We will contact you with details on how to apply for a University of Bath Scholarship once we’ve reviewed your MBA programme application. If we award you a scholarship the amount will be taken off your tuition fee.

We work with you to help identify future leaders and deliver practical education that meets your operational and strategic needs.

Your organisation may qualify for a substantial University-funded bursary if:

  • your organisation is active in the South West of the UK
  • you enrol two or more MBA students in one academic year

You’ll also benefit from student project work, MBA recruitment opportunities and other engagement.

Prodigy Finance loans

Prodigy Finance offers loans to students at top business schools, including the School of Management at the University of Bath.

Loans are for full-time students and available to over 150 nationalities.

Apply through the Prodigy Finance website.

Declaration: An entity connected to the University of Bath School of Management is an investor in MBA Community Loans PLC, which provides the finance to fund the Prodigy Finance Loan Scheme. The University of Bath School of Management may therefore benefit from any lending under the scheme.

Postgraduate loans are available for all UK MBA students. You can find more information on the University’s website and the Government’s website.

Pay your fees in instalments

Full-time MBA

Self-funding students can pay tuition fees in one or two instalments.

There are several options for paying fees.

Executive part-time MBA

Part-time students can pay their fees in full at the start of the programme, or in up to four instalments. Payment dates are February and October.
