Online Masterclass: Listen up! Creating meaningful consumer dialogue through social media

Friday 16 April 2021
9:00 – 10:30 (GMT +1)

This taster lecture by Dr Sarah Glozer, Associate Professor at the University of Bath’s School of Management, will focus on social media.

As our lives become increasingly virtual, our communication competencies are increasingly adapting to the social media landscape. In this Masterclass, Dr Sarah Glozer will draw on contemporary methodological insights to illuminate the key principles for engaging in meaningful consumer dialogue.

Designed for anyone with an interest in how to build better relationships through social media, this Masterclass will explore current debates in theory and offer practical tips for both analysing and communicating via social media.

We hope this Masterclass will give you a taster of the kind of insights and skills you could gain from studying an MBA or MSc programme at the School of Management.

If you would like to discuss how our programmes could support you on your career path, the admissions process or scholarships, our admissions teams will be on hand to chat after the Masterclass. If you want to book an appointment, please get in touch:
