While the last ten years has seen the ‘projectification’ of many organisations and their supply chains, the majority of projects are at best only partially successful.

In this masterclass, we explored the critical role of good project management in delivering projects in line with key stakeholder expectations.

Real examples of project success and failure were considered to make sense of the key factors project managers must consider to meet performance objectives. We examined the importance of project differentiation, stakeholder management, project definition, and learning effects.
